As working in Vowelweb is itself not a Con, listing down some keypoints: 1. They treat you like s**t, no matter how hard you work it is still a waste. 2. Team leads are idiots, provide no productive feedback and lack basic manners. 3. Loss of pay if you're 5 minutes late, yeah you read that right. Part of your salary would be cut. 4. Worst management who do not give a damn about employees. 5. Leaves would not be granted and if you do take a leave it will be considered as LWP.
