Pros

1. 10 year old company serving biggest of companies from telecom to semiconductor verticals. 2. 11 years it of success in existing. 3. If you are smart, hardworking, you won't have any significant problems working here . 4. No work on Saturdays and Sundays until and unless absolutely required ( which I have never seen) 5. Timings are flexible, 6.5+ hours of presence is considered full day attendance. 6. Managers keep on changing as attrition rate is high, so if you are not at a client location, you will most likely see a new manager above you after 11 months ( on average). 7.Because its a service based company, and is committed to remain that way, anyone who joins and stays for more than an year will acquire a great deal of learning and skills:

Cons

1. Whether or not you can demonstrate that there is a course correction required, you will never be heard. 2. You will need to learn how to survive with EMPLOYER centric policies which safeguards all the possible interests of the employer and none of the employee. Classic example is the notice period. One month from employer and 3 months for employee. 3. Average salary and average work. 4. Whether or not you work hard and deliver results, and how high your own moral standards are personally, if you decide to move on , they ensure to harm and harass the employee as much as the company is capable of. 5. You can prepare yourself for an exceptionally bright career over a period of time because if you are on bench, you have 5 TRIES MAXIMUM TO CRACK A CLIENT INTERVIEW, or else you are fired. Doesn't matter if you have ABC profile, and a client needs XYZ profile, you will be proposed for the position. 6. Patience, you will learn a lot. 7. Practicality- you will learn, you will be hit by your employment contract's section, subsection, clause etc. whenever it SUITS them. And luckily if you find them breaching the same contract, their action and inactions will not just tempt you , but also compel you to go to all lengths to seek justice and fight legally. 8. In a healthy democracy, one ruling party and one "true" opposition is mandatory. Here, there is NO opposition, let alone true! You just can't disapprove the CEO. If the CEO instructs to fire 60% of the staff based on the likelihood of who might be less employable for clients, even before the country had not seen the lockdown. 9.Many high/mid ranking officials are made to resign if it suits the company. 10. Attrition rate is high.37%+ employees quit within 3 months of joining. 11. Hens- they have value because they lay eggs. If you are a hen, and can remain like a hen happily for couple of years at least, you will sail smoothly. 12. Employee handbook with all the policies against employees is not given to the employees. 13. Employees are not relieved and not paid salaries for 13 months in the name of pandemic/Covid19. They cant move on and look for new job now! 14 HR DOES NOT RESPOND to emails The review here is totally dependent upon the experiences I personally have seen people going through and /or I myself have gone through. Apparently there exists a handbook which is in concept stage since inception of the company and is referred to while EMPLOYER BREACHES THE EMPLOYMENT CONTRACT ( No ,I was not fired , I was strong armed and harassed in ways i never imagined after I expressed my desire to not continue working with the company.) Personally I have had utter respect and gratitude towards the CEO and his ideals until I was shown by my coworkers and seniors that how the dots forming the toxic culture are connecting to each other.

Pros

No pros here. Only cons. I have written this text because the site is not allowing to submit the review

Cons

Tell you what, there is no need of pros/cons bcoz everything will fall under cons section. Guys, do not join this company since they show-up themselves as a gateway to QUALCOMM which is their only client. If you dont have any option, just join as a fresher but for an experienced person this is not all recommended. I am writing this review out of experience which I had. Suppose if you are a fresher and you were offered a position in Votary tech, then join the company and start searching for other job. Instead of sitting idle at home, you can join this and continue your job search. It is better you alteast get a salary. The reason is, they hire people and ask you to sit on bench for 2-3 months saying that they will schedule and interview with Qualcomm Hyd. Incase if you are selected , then you are going to give him business bcoz QCT pays high salaries for contract people, so in-turn votary will have higher benefit than you. You will be thinking about entering QCT but there are many other consultancies to move you to QCT which offer even better salaries than Votary Notice period in Votary is 3 months which is very high. If you work for an year in Votary(either client QCT), then you will have to serve 3 months notice. Well we are aware that new employeer will never wait for 3months, so you have to go for buy out policy which they offer only to few people. Make sure you have buy-out option in offer before you accept. Assume you served for an year at Votary and got a best opportunity , then you have to serve 3 months notice or go for buy-out as per offer if signed with buy-out. So finally you worked for only 9months salary and in turn you should pay 3months gross back to the company to move out. Ultimately you loose money and also it is waste of time. In a sentence to conclude, do not join this looking for a hyd location. Employees who enter QCT with votary will be given high priority in many aspects rather than who are working in Votary ODC You can cross check for review with other former employeers about this company which will match this review

Pros

No Pros, This won't accept review without pro's that's why i am writing pros.

Cons

No work , Only politics. They will torture people like any thing. Less salary and hikes. Don't be-leave that 4-5 star rating, to fool people their people wrote those review. Think one thing who will wrote like we are giving tea, food coffie, bags t-shirts etc. They told like they are recruiting for client but we should sit ideally for months before going to client place. No one (former and current) employees tells good about the company. Management will play with your carrier and their main moto is only money , they not even think about employees even once. Too long notice period (3 months) , they told like it's negotiable while joining but they don't release you before that. I gave one star becoz this site is not accepting 0 or -ve stars. My humble advice plz ..plz..for your sake plz don't even consider this company. Please don't join in this company.
