      There are no pros to working for this company

      Cons

      Management likes to bully employees. I had a skilled job as a baker/cake Decorator. I am also a former Bakery Manager. The bakery CLERKS make more money per hour than the skilled laborers. The union is awful. The environment is toxic. And when you go to upper management to lodge a complaint about bullying, you get accused of bullying. HR treats you like a criminal as well when you file a complaint. I worked there 22 years so I'm not a random person. I suffered in misery for half of my life
