Unless you are a yes man/woman, an industry expert on day one and can read minds, you will not last here long. The employees are expected to work through their lunches, work 8+ hour days, and deal with getting screamed at on a regular basis. Meanwhile, the CEO comes in a few days a week for a few hours. Pay is below the industry standard, and CEO regularly shows off his latest large purchase.
In the time I was there, 2/3 of my department quit or were fired. I was hired, unknowingly to train my superior how to do their job since they were thrust into a position they were underqualified for. Once they felt sufficiently trained, my position was no longer needed.
Not a place I'd want to work and not a place I'd recommend. There used to be more reviews on here but the company changed its name and was thus able to hide and ultimately remove them. It has strongly pushed for current employees to give positive reviews. I know this because when working there, I remember being threatened to do so.
