      incredibly ego driven ceo "leadership" prone to knee-jerk reactions exceptionally poor communication toxic work culture bringing in external hires above people before promoting internally below average pay

      You could get let go at a moments notice. Also, big decisions by the top tier rarely get made quickly. Too many cooks.
