      Pros

      Hours are good. Get a paid week off at Christmas.

      Cons

      HR department is a joke. Corporate directors walk around and look at your monitors to make sure you aren't on the internet yet no one seems to care when you are super busy and working like crazy. So many useless meetings. People used to be happy there and now everyone is miserable partly because of the new HR department and partly because they just fire long time employees like they mean nothing.

      Pros

      The Human Resources team completely changed late 2021 and what used to be a professional, helpful team has turned into a bunch of non-engaging, couldn’t be bothered robots.

      Cons

      Human Resources used to care. They were helpful, friendly professional and treated everyone like they mattered. Now we are treated like robots. The slogan “do more with less” is how they want each department to operate. Pushing people not to care anymore.

      toxic Managers that lie Exec has no idea what is happening in their building All decision are made by one VP, and everything is so slow
