Pros

There are some really great, hardworking people here. you'll spend long nights and bond with some great people. Lots of happy hours. Firm culture is like a party. CEO Bill Mason is amazing. I wish more people had actually listened to his ideas. This could have been a great working experience.

Cons

Not a great place to get your start, or your middle career. Most management doesn't listen or make time for you, some do but its inconsistent. Firm puts you in really uncomfortable positions with clients and contractors. Bad things and lessons aren't learned from and changed. Very little mentoring or process for learning, or upward mobility. Firm has resources but doesn't make time for learning, and then overworks some people to a breaking point, while others have no work. Very inconsistent work environments. You can get stuck on projects and in accounts for years. Promises are often delayed, broken, then gas-lit. Firm culture is too much like high school. lacks maturity or professionalism oftentimes. This place honestly will crush your spirit until you just accept it as normal.

Pros

Lots of talent in middle and junior staff. Leadership comes across friendly and family-oriented if you don't look too close.

Cons

Owners are figureheads resting on the laurels of family connections, but don't possess the foresight and business acumen to expand into new market sectors. NY and LA have been teetering financially for over a year. The pandemic will serve as a convenient scapegoat for failed strategy (or lack thereof). Cleveland will survive because of aforementioned laurels.
