*Bad hiring practices. They hire without having sufficient work to do. *Many bad personalities throughout the office. A few good ones though. *Bad office layout, you’d think a firm that designs offices would have a nice layout which would be the case if you like working in a cafeteria. *Micromanagement. *Too many middle managers and directors. *Inflexible design standards and detailing. *The worst computer and most unstable server system I’ve experienced. *Management doesn’t value lead designers. *A workplace that makes people question their career choice.
