Headline: Toxic Leadership and Complete Disregard for Employee Well-Being

Pros

• Financially stable company with growth potential if solely focused on numbers.

Cons

• Extreme micromanagement where lower and middle management have almost no decision-making authority. Even minor decisions, like adjusting working hours, require unnecessary approval from higher-ups. • The company is fixated purely on financial metrics, with no regard for employee welfare or morale. • Reorganizations are frequently and insensitively timed right before Christmas, showing a complete lack of empathy and causing unnecessary stress for employees. • Disrespect towards employees is rampant, with instances of staff being called and laid off during illness. • Feedback on these issues is consistently ignored, signaling a top-down culture that is unresponsive and dismissive of concerns. • The upper management, including the CEO, CFO, and HR lead, demonstrate a shocking lack of empathy, prioritizing numbers over people at every turn.

Pros

To be honest, not much to say except for the brand maybe.

Cons

Toxic work culture at its best! Old leadership style, micro-management, low salary compensation, no career growth, lack of communication, outdated HR practices. Management will put you down if you showcase your talent and ambitions. Don't work at this company if you value self-worth or career growth.

Pros

A considerable number of hardworking employees have departed, resulting in a significantly smaller group remaining.

Cons

There are concerns regarding the effectiveness of current feedback mechanisms and the perceived openness of the company culture to constructive criticism, particularly concerning ethical matters. It appears that individuals who raise such points may face unfavourable outcomes.

Pros

- The industry is exciting and agile, with constant innovation and opportunity to be challenged and grow your problem-solving skills. -There’s a global reach and you often collaborate with talented people from all over the world, gaining diverse perspectives and experiences. With maybe even some travel now and then! - Much of the leadership is transparent and approachable, always encouraging feedback and input and dedicated to giving time to hearing your perspective or ideas. - The people are amazing. They are what have given me a supportive and caring work culture where teamwork, authenticity, and collaboration are valued highly. - We work with some of the world's biggest broadcasters and media organizations, we help create tools that support them in a vital function of getting information to audiences in an increasingly digital world. - There is a palpable passion behind the people here, that believe wholeheartedly in what they are producing for the world, and want to consistently strive for progress, and seeing that passion in action can be super inspiring.

Cons

- More effort could be put into creating growth opportunities for employees internally. - Employee engagement could be stronger, with a focus on building a supportive culture of innovation where employees feel valued, respected, and that they are contributing to a wider vision. - Communication between departments can sometimes be disjointed, making cross-functional projects challenging. - The rapid growth and global scale sometimes lead to a lack of cohesion in processes across regions. - While the industry is agile, that flexibility doesn’t always translate to internal structures, which can sometimes feel slow to adapt to employee needs.

Pros

Great work culture. Everyone is very approachable and as an engineer I feel that I have a lot of power in deciding how to solve a problem. They are also always trying to improve the situation for their employees.

Cons

Personally I don't have much to complain, but I think that for some cases they could do a better job at retaining employees.
