The company has created an environment that has inspired me to become more confident in utilising my technical abilities. They also ensure you are recognised and rewarded for your efforts that contribute to making a difference no matter how big or small the contribution is.

Cons

Being a part of a company growing so quickly with so much innovation you have to learn to accept there will be a lot of adversity but this is what makes the achievements worth the while!

During my time at Vivactive I have been given the opportunity to grow and develop my skillset. I have been able to move into new roles with full support from the company, providing paid courses and guidance. There is a great collaborate work environment and I feel like a valued member of the team.

Cons

Workload can get busy at times with multiple departments requesting work.

Occasional Friday Starbucks , summer BBQ but it’s just in your lunch allowance!

Cons

Poor management, double standards, lack of career progression, and no appreciation. There is very little moral within the company, and if you expect high standards in the work place, you won’t get it here, as people don’t know what the word confidential means. The pay is poor and won’t reflect hard work in annual appraisals!
