Pros

Time off is generous but be sure to turn your phone off and not check your e-mail as this will be expected of you.

Cons

Micromanaged to the point of quitting, finger pointing, lack of management accountability. Lack of training, lack of direction. Will be asked to work even on your days off. Unappreciated for hard work, breaks and lunches denied. High turnover. Truly a nightmare to work for. Corner cutting to save a $ Belittle employees to their faces and to other employees behind their backs. Intelligent, educated people will not stay more than 6 months at this company as they are a threat to the incompetence of upper management,

Pros

2 free samples a month. They work on my dogs. Otherwise, I wouldn't use them.

Cons

No leadership. Name calling to your face. 13 people left in three months. No time off. No process improvement.
