Pros

WFH for now. There's literally nothing else.

Cons

Trash management. Just look up the negative comments in Aug. 2023. That sums it up. They enforce this "Toxic Positivity" and try to make you believe that it's just our imagination as to why the company is failing badly when in fact, it's the fault of the CEO, SOM and those who sit higher in their throne. The KPI's kept on changing every 1 to 3 Months because they fail to recognize the focal point of the areas to improve. They enforce the idea of Scrubbing or going back to Old Candidates as the main source of getting leads when in fact, it should be combination of Both Database candidates and Job Portals posting. Here's the kicker, their so called "ATS" is prone to many glitches that's been going on for more than a year now and prone to hacking as well so yeah, think twice about this company. The CEO has this Superiority Complex thinking he's above everyone else and just commands everyone like he pays 1 Million dollars per head. PFFT! What a total joke! Relies more on Free Job Ad Portals. HOW ARE YOU GOING TO COMPETE WITH JUST LIMITED LEAD GENERATION SOURCES? YOU GUYS ARE DELUSIONAL. Don't get me started with the Incentives. The notion of "You're not getting higher incentives not unless that whole company reaches the target" despite you exceeding revenue goals is just bizarre. They're earning by the millions and yet you only get what, just crumbs for those?? Heck, the Other department even got dissolved because of the Management's negligence. Do yourself a favor and just close your business if you're this cheap. Health care coverage is even a joke! What a shame!

Pros

The primary strength of this company lies in its fun and collaborative colleagues, making the work environment positive and enjoyable.

Cons

1. This company's approach to hiring is outdated, relying solely on free job portals. 2. The high turnover rate and lack of employee retention initiatives indicate a challenging work environment. They change recruitment executives every two to three months. 3. Toxic positivity prevails, masking underlying issues, and unrealistic KPIs add to the strain. 4. ATS glitches contribute to inefficiencies, and micromanagement stifles autonomy. 5. The paltry 150 pesos snacks for the Christmas Party reflects a lack of investment in employee well-being. 6. The switch from Viber to Telegram for internal communication suggests cost-cutting measures, raising questions about the company's commitment to effective collaboration.

Pros

The work-from-home setup is a definite plus, especially considering the current work environment. Colleagues are generally friendly and cooperative, creating a positive atmosphere. ,

Cons

First, the company's longevity of almost 20 years is impressive, but it seems like it's stuck in time when it comes to processes. Everything is still heavily automated, and there's a lack of investment in modern tools and technology. As a recruitment firm, the absence of paid portals hampers our efficiency and effectiveness, making it difficult to stay competitive in the industry. The most frustrating aspect is the disparity between the amount of manual work we're expected to do and the relatively low salary offered. It's disheartening to put in extra effort without being adequately compensated. Additionally, the management's lack of attentiveness to employee needs is disappointing. Feedback often falls on deaf ears, and decision-making appears to happen behind closed doors without considering the input from those directly affected. Micro-management is a common theme here, which unfortunately takes precedence over the much-needed process improvements. This stifles creativity and autonomy, leaving little room for employees to contribute their ideas or take ownership of their work. The size of the company could also be a hindrance if you're looking to advance in your career. Opportunities for growth seem limited, and the lack of mentorship and career development programs make it challenging to see a long-term future here. In summary, its has limited perks, like the remote work arrangement and pleasant colleagues. Nevertheless, the outdated processes, low salary relative to the workload, and managerial inattention to employee concerns are major drawbacks. If you're seeking a company that actively invests in its employees, values innovation, and offers clear paths for career progression, you might need to consider other options.
