      Lenient deadline. No implication even if target not met.

      Cons

      People force me to make decision most of the times which I am not good at. Therefore I simply delay and push away. This in turn cause toxic culture although not my fault. Sometimes feel lost after my buddy left.

      Salary not competitive. Certain departments pushing workloads upon each other. A lot of grey areas in job scope.
