      Unreliable, it took ages to get a response on some complaints I would never affiliate nor deal with this busines again, people there are useless.

      Pros

      Great freedom, good work life balance, autonomy in my work.

      Cons

      Company is aggressively cost cutting and staff are either being made redundant or not replaced when they leave. Existing staff are expected to foot the extra work, and no additional remuneration is considered. Bonus's are paid to higher level management but this is kept secret from other staff so as not to create discontent.
