Pros
Pros you have a lot of downtime to do your own thing. Some of the coworkers were cool to work with and some of the customers were actually really sweet. You definitely learn a lot about apple products which was a plus.
Cons
Management needs an upgrade. Don’t bother trying to ask for time off. 6 days a week schedule. The rude customers don’t make it worth it. Management is unresponsive and only cares about making the business money.
