      Remote work- thats pretty much about it.

      Cons

      - Toxic leadership that will blackmail you with threats - Backstabbing culture that only promotes bad behavior - Heinously low pay - Constant threats of, "we have a ton of better applicants in this economy than you."

      Decent benefit package and they do a lot of volunteer work for the community

      Cons

      Low wages, unorganized structure, owner more concerned with feeding own ego that teaching or mentoring anyone. It's a facade. High turnover rate.

      highly underpaid staff and horrible employee communication

      Pros

      Contract managers are the only thing keeping contracts afloat, corporate staff is blessed to have them.

      Cons

      for a company with the word "communications" in the name, Vistra fails to properly communicate with their employees on federal government contracts, leaves them uninformed, has never made a single site visit to the government client or its employees and severely underpays even exceptional employees - although continuously being awarded contract extensions and even new contracts, management focus seems to be to pocket all increasing revenues.
