Pros
Great company. Maybe salaries are not the highest but, you kinda feel like your own boss, they really value your own time, no micro-management or stuff like that. You can chose when you work. They a have a lot of projects, coaching system, you can change projects if you really feel like you don't want to work in same place anymore.
Cons
Since your clients are in other country, usually nordic - Nordic people usually not so empathic to us in Vilnius and one day day they can simply say, thats it we are cutting budget, bye, go look for another project. Of course visma will offer another project and you have a choice to make, but still, there has ben many cases where people where taken party by suprize.
