Pros

For a long time the company was compassionate and flexible. You were rewarded for doing your job. But this is no longer the case

Cons

All you will be is numbers on a page. If you go above and Beyond there will be no recognition or additional compensation or promotions. Unethical company who targets employees for personal reasons rather then professional. Do not work here. You will regret it

Thank you for your feedback. This helps us, as a company, to grow effectively. Addressing both of your pros and cons: As for the pros, we thank you for acknowledging the compassion and flexibility we show for our employees. As we have never rejected any requests of any kind from an employee related to personal circumstances, and we are most concerned and considerate of all personal reasons that employees may have, we appreciate that you can recognize this. One or two employees may take advantage of this, and it might be that we need to set some boundaries, however most employees have never abused our flexible policies. As far as being rewarded for doing your job, employees who go above and beyond are definitely rewarded. We have never rewarded someone just for doing their job. That is what compensation is for. As for the cons, we’ve never targeted anyone for personal reasons, but employees who need improvement may have had their feelings hurt and taken it personally when their work isn’t up to the mark. If anything, we are proud of the fact that we give our employees the understanding and work/life balance that they need because of their personal reasons. As the company has expanded and grown, so have the customer service roles, and this is very exciting for us. You mentioned numbers, and we are so delighted that as we have progressed, we have been able to obtain and implement systems to help us evaluate and measure our successes and failures and to reward those who go above and beyond as well as implement improvement plans for those who need help. We are thankful to everyone who has contributed to our company as this has enabled us to provide much more additional compensation and new opportunities for the customer service team based on performance. We are very happy about the trajectory the company is on and for the future. Thank you again for your efforts in contributing to our success. We value every employee who has worked for us in the past whether they contributed a tremendous amount or very little. We wish you good luck with your future endeavors.

Pros

Decent work-life balance Stable business 17+ years in the business so no risk of running out of money

Cons

- Culture is a sham. - The CEO wants to micromanage tasks for every single person in the company with the excuse of operational efficiency. This "culture" flows top-down and makes it an unpleasant place to work. - No long term strategy - Firings/layoffs are haphazard, and expectations of the people left are to do more with fewer people - Low pay

Pros

Friendly co-workers. Everyone trying their best to keep positive. So far, so good. Everyone is helpful and is happy to help answer any questions you have.

Cons

A lot of silos. A lot of groups don’t know what each other are working on. The leadership team should be the ones heading this up and helping us connect the dots. Projects take awhile to launch. If the CEO decides we must launch right away, we are forced into cutting corners to make it happen. The on-boarding process needs a lot of work too.
