Mismanaged and unethical company that does not take care of their people. CEO (owner) is a greedy megalomaniac who would do just about anything to not have to pay their staff what they are worth or pay out bonuses. The corporate value of "no hallucinations" would be a good one if people actually could discuss what is wrong without getting on the short list for people to be fired next go-around. It doesn't require hallucinations to realize how poorly employees are being treated, going as far as cutting salary by a third. If you have a sense of ethics, don't work at VIP,

Senior Management has no focus and is subject to the whims of the CEO, there is extreme turnover at the COO/SVP level which causes inconsistency and confusion down the chain, terrible communications company wide, poor planning and business development lead to major losses in projects and layoffs. This company was once a vibrant and growing enterprise but that is no longer true, if you go to work there do it as a contractor don't believe the hype.
