Hmmm, it actually is challenging to come up with some cons.
VTT Leadership is always taking responsibility and empowering us to become better. I am trusted and have freedom within reason. It is lightyears above the cultures of other companies I've worked for. Since any cons I usually run into with companies revolve around poor communication/treatment from management, I honestly don't have any.
Okay, if I HAD to think of one, we are still refining processes as we grow so, while there are a ton of processes in place to follow, there isn't yet a defined process for everything. But even that con has a positive aspect because we get to be a part of creating and refining processes, which leadership is constantly doing as they grow too.
