Staff is always nice and helpful because they are in the same situation as you (this obviously depends on the branch you're working)
Cons
The salary is shocking. You have sooo many tasks to do and they don't train you properly. They take people without knowledge on eye health and they expect them to learn on your own and quickly. They don't train you on the phone explaining the basics at least, they just throw you to the crocodiles. You are just a number and if you leave they will already have someone else to cover your place. They don't care at all about you, they just want money. Managers expect you to do extra hours. Please don't.
