The best employees are leaving . one by one, somtimes in groups.

Pros

Vision-Box is a very dynamic organization, growing fast. Very passionate and smart people. Young, fresh, informal, innovation environment. Very visionary people with great skills. Great innovation and business. Exciting industry and interesting products. Very flexible organization, quick to react to market and very business and customer-oriented. Good growth opportunities with new management functions appearing. Exciting place to actually create value, as there is a lot to do and much to create from scratch.

Cons

Very uninspiring, arrogant, autocratic leaders, squeezing the lemon until it's dry, never saying thank you, never apologizing, never committed to support your success (let alone well-being and happiness.). Not committed to strategy, as they thrive in confusing, misleading situations, where conflict reigns and employees are easily caught in traps. The employer is always to blame and is never good enough to meet the "goals". Disorganized, chaotic environment. No strategy, no tactics. very short term view. No culture of recognition and appreciation. No team work in most departments. Administration does not trust people. Loads of micro-management. Top-down approach to managament. Very autocratic. Your voice has no value. Nothing is ever good enough. If it's wrong, you are always to blame. Problems presist year after year, unsolved. All projects have high risks. Issues never antecipated. Problems grow into monsters and are remediated with pain and effort from some of the good guys. High performers are hardly ever recognized. Low performers dwell around the company, mostly chatting, and never receive negative feedback, are never fired and are never encouraged to re-engage with the company. Departmental silos with great innefficiencies, disfuncional governance, loads of office politics. NO TRAINING. Sexist and misogenous organization, with very immature attitude towards diversity, inclusion, as well as harrassment policies. Low respect for employees, with too crowded, uncomfortable offices (dirty, not enough ratio of meeting rooms and toilets, A/C is never right, ....) Very low orientation to people. Very little perks and benefits. Extremely high employee turnover.

Pros

Great market, great concept, visionary ideas.

Cons

Lack of values and culture, total lack of transparency, upper management and middle management is filled with politics, impossible to trust CEO or Upper management as anything they promise is changed the next day. Great people and talent which is wasted by poor management, absent leaders and lack of honor, fair play and keeping to one's word. Total disorganization, complete amateur approach to on time delivery, quality of products. Impossible to believe this company delivers security critical infrastructure. No space for employee empowerment or creativity, to people actually contributing to improve business, with a totally childish and archaic blame culture.
