Working from home saves time and money without the commute. Great coworkers, can talk to them about anything. Awesome bosses. Schedule is somewhat flexible. Great company retreats.

Cons

Training can be a bit difficult when done online.

Managers are not trained how to handle employees, most likely no leadership training at all. There is a thin line between being good with your employees and respecting their boundaries.
