Pros

VLACS has a great work atmosphere. People are always getting along with everyone. These same people have some form of innate need to help students or to make education better. As an employee, you're offered (as a Full Time employee,) a flexible work schedule and the ability to work from home. VLACS also tends to be agile when it comes to changes to our processes and systems. VLACS also pays for all of your health insurance as a single full-time employee.

Cons

One of the largest issues I've encountered is that VLACS is unable to pay certain workers the industry standard so pay won't be optimal.
