      Pros

      You learn alot as you will be thrown in the deep end great team ( well those who i worked with while i was there) relaxed dress code

      Cons

      Pay is atrocious, they expect you to go far and beyond but your pay does not reflect this Only senior management get bonus location is awful and depressing, the only reason this place was chosen is because the CEO lives close by. too much brown nosing and it seems those who are willing to compromise their principles get the opportunities first

      Pros

      Virtual IT is a great small company to work in if you are a self starter - not a place for slackers. They have a unique product in the realm of outsourcing to SMEs in that it is fully managed form end-to-end. The people are generally fun and pleasant.

      Cons

      They invest poorly in internal systems, and invest even less in staff training.

      - team are accepting of different personalities - good training - competitive salary - highly enjoyable staff outings - occasional team lunches

      Cons

      - high pressure - managers are focused on numbers - other colleagues could be lazy sometimes and refuse to be helpful - lots of traffic in this location - unsafe area at times
