Friendly staff and reasonable pay (as per my client)! They also have lots of programs and activities for their VAs.

Cons

If you don't mind being micromanaged, they have a monitoring system that takes screenshots of your screen every 10 or so minutes as assurance of productivity.

fast hiring process, only 2 interviews.

Cons

you have to directly talk to your client if you're salary is delayed. you don't work for them, they only look for jobs for you. No contract, just an agreement.
