Pros

Modern ships, accommodation better than on any cruise line Good staff facilities Culture of no stripes, titles, and segregation between employees Free wifi. With decent speed Easy to rank up Treated like a human being

Cons

Unorganised to an incredible level Terrible hiring, most people have no idea about their job Too much marketing fake talk Understaffed constantly Gap between salaries. Until you reach certain rank it's 'meh' then suddenly wildly high

Pros

- Nice coworkers and genuinely caring teammates.

Cons

- Terrible leaders, especially in marketing and commercial operations. Unmet promises and constant lies from leadership down. - Marketing top leadership is focused on trying to be wannabe influencers, asking for multiple rooms for their bags aboard Virgin ships, inappropriately DMing male influencers on social media and wasting marketing budget on ROI-less initiatives. - Many continuously resign from the marketing team, including team leaders, due to the toxic culture of the marketing leadership. Read the other reviews -- it's all the same theme. Who knows why other C-suite members do not focus on these inappropriate attitudes or work ethic. - If you don't suck up to the CMO or inner-clique VPs, no one will know who you are and you will not grow. Conversely, if you are dumb but still suck up, you will get promoted, as is the case with many new leaders. - Good VPs or Senior Directors who get hired or promoted, upon finding out how Marketing leaders spend money and have no strategy, soon get fired or reassigned. Case in point: our new leader lasted a couple of weeks, as they found wasteful spending and quickly got reassigned.
