The close support systems, and relationships you create at this niche company keeps you going there everyday and showcase your passion everyday. Unique leave policy of additional leave days on 5th and 10th work anniversaries. Fantastic and award-winning workplace design that allows employees to thrive.

Cons

Very few weaknesses as a company. As with every company, Viola needs to improve on planning, strategy - especially in a downturn.
