- Work on products used by industry leaders - Friendly culture, great people - Inclusive and diverse team - Modern tech stack - No micromanagement, lots of freedom - Pay is on par with the local job market - Career plan - Health plan and other benefits - The interview is humane
Cons
- Developers also work on support - Documentation can be very poor or even non-existent - You're "friendly encouraged" to do a lot of extra work outside of the usual software developer responsibilities, and that ties heavily into how much money you'll make and into your growth opportunities - Too many meetings - They got the whole remote work thing down only to a functional level, and they sound overall not too happy about it - On a global scale the pay is not competitive
