      Pros

      1 -> in patel nagar, so a dream for delhites.

      Cons

      1 -> no management 2 -> akhil bansal (ceo ,manager,business head, tech lead, trainer and almost everything ) is very rude, sometimes it feels to just knock him out 3 -> they will make you work like google, and pay you like beggars 4 -> no infrastructure , no AC , yes u heard it right, no AC , we were made to work under a table fan

      Internal politics among employees. Hire and Fire policy. No employee benefits. beware about the CTC. Hell for freshers, they make sure that they came on saturday. They basically make fool of their clients.

      1. Good training. 2. Seniors are helpful. Some people are really helpful. 3. PS, Foosball, TT. 4. Appraisals are well above market averages.

      Cons

      1. No new projects. Recently one office was has closed. Company strength has gone down from 80 to 40 in a couple of years. 2. Works only on single technology which is slowly becoming obsolete. 3. Spree commerce has no future. 4. Horrible management. 5. Flexible timings have been made flexible one way. You can go late but you need to come before 11 AM. 6. They bought mac books 3 years ago and now expect them to run forever. Company does not have money to buy new systems. 7. Horrible work culture. 8.Friday special have been reduced gradually from once a week to fortnightly to monthly. 9. Fake review with 5 stars is coming soon to counter this.
