2. Seniors are helpful. Some people are really helpful.

4. Appraisals are well above market averages.
Cons
1. No new projects. Recently one office was has closed. Company strength has gone down from 80 to 40 in a couple of years.
2. Works only on single technology which is slowly becoming obsolete.
3. Spree commerce has no future.
4. Horrible management.
5. Flexible timings have been made flexible one way. You can go late but you need to come before 11 AM.
6. They bought mac books 3 years ago and now expect them to run forever. Company does not have money to buy new systems.
7. Horrible work culture.
8.Friday special have been reduced gradually from once a week to fortnightly to monthly.
9. Fake review with 5 stars is coming soon to counter this.
