Forced overtime(up to 60 hours a week in the summer), stagnant wages, Cost of health insurance way to high to be feasible, working hours constantly changing, no quality of life outside of work, 3 Saturdays a month , starvation hours in the winter, your responsible for 500$ if any damage happens to the company truck even if its not your fault. some employees who have been there 10 years only make a few bucks more then i starting. Constantly feeling like your job is on the line. They go out of their way to never compliment /make you feel replaceable . poor training procedures. procedures constantly changing. Add-on stops to you right before you are done making it impossible to plan day outside of work/cant exactly schedule a interview to get a new job. Sketchy roof/ladder work , Honestly id avoid this place at all costs unless you desperately need a job.
