Pros

Work From Home Job. That's it, anything else is broken in this company

Cons

There's a "mafia" group in the upper management consisting of literally entitled kids, who never really had a real job before. Bad Company Culture. Politics is strong in this one. They'll treat you as a "Freelancer" but you need to clock in and out as a regular employee. NO BENEFITS.

Pros

Work from home set up forever Some of the people are the nicest ones you'll ever meet

Cons

They have this massive expectation on what you'll edit and give to the clients but can't give the proper tools for their editors to execute it. Deadlines can cause stress to the editors. Unfair salary for the amount of work you have to do. They don't give OTs, it's so hard even if you end up staying beyond office hours because their computation of work hours is based on the amount of time you just edit--they don't include render, download time even if it takes up your time for the day. They kept on saying we are freelancers BUT requires us to stick to our editing rig the WHOLE DAY and REQUIRES US TO REPORT EVERY MORNING AND AFTERNOON. LOL

Pros

The managers make things a lot more bearable but everything else is so awful.

Cons

The paygrade is depressingly low. You provide all your own materials like a really good laptop and good internet and they don't provide anything. The workload is even worst. The clients they get you to work for verbally harrass you and degrade you if you make one mistake in your video edits. You can't really choose what kind of things you want to edit. The CEO also has a lot of useless town hall meetings. Overall, just a depressing place to work for. Don't expect any pay raises either unless you take on tons of work. The lowest level pay already forces you to work so much but every time you level up, you just get more and more work with minimal pay. With the basic salary, you have to work with four different clients simultaneously and each client requires an edit so sometimes you have to edit 4 things in a day and its honestly exhausting.
