Business outlook
Pros
Good amount of paid holidays and they contribute to your HSA. 2200 dollars for family 1100 for single. Laid back company that lets you do your job. Will reward outstanding performance.
Cons
Vacation accrual kind of sucks. 2 weeks afrer 3 years isnt bad but 10 years until 3 weeks and 20 before you get 4. Very hot in the factory during summer. High deductible health plan. Probably better paying manufacturing jobs but could be worse.
