Small company with a hands on and personable owner who seems to care. The benefits are decent compared to other companies.
Cons
Working in their downtown office is a nightmare. The bosses are micromanagers, with 3 managers for 4 employees. They are so bored that they literally make up rules as they go. Be careful, because they fire people constantly.
If you want to be micromanaged, this is the place.
Cons
Too many chiefs, 3 to 1 ratio supervisors to staff. Required to ask permission from the supervisor before you do anything. Your always wrong but supervisors here are perfect. Favoritism.
Was let go with no review process. Be prepared to always be confused. Direction constantly changes and makes no sense. Be prepared to be be mysteriously mistreated at any given time by immaturity for no reason and be let go for whatever reason.
