Pros

Flexible and dynamic work place, lots of variety, no 2 days are the same, meaningful work.

Cons

Lack of leadership, super high workload, misaligned value bases between the work they say they do and the support management offer to staff/volunteers who actually deliver the frontline services, ignorance of cultural diversity within the organisational structure.
