Everyone thought that the new management would help the business and create growth. Then we thought that maybe they would just maintain the business with a few cuts. It is now clear that the cuts went too deep and management is incapable of righting the ship. People are leaving and positions are not being backfilled or they are being backfilled by the cheapest option just to put a body in the position. It is not a happy place to be which is unfortunate. Vibrantz took all the color out of this once vibrant business.

Before the merger things were fine. Since then, things have gone south. No communication from leadership on consolidation. Layoffs occur frequently and employees that remain suffer. Morale is extremely low and employees are leaving while it’s still their decision. Operations is a mess, leading to alienating customers. It is not a sustainable business model. There is no clear vision or future for this company - their only focus is payouts to American Securities.
