Pros
I worked there for 5 and a half years. I considered the job easy and not stressful because I'm a versatile web and graphic designer. The colleagues are wonderful and also the manager.
Cons
When I worked there the team was small so I didn't have the opportunity to work with designers/developers colleagues. But that is not a problem anymore because the company made a partnership.
