Pros
Dog friendly office, friendly culture among coworkers, monthly birthday celebrations and lots of potlucks
Cons
Little to no upward mobility. Takes several years to get remotely any kind of promotion. A lot of favoritism with management/company owners for certain employees. Lack of teamwork - certain departments do bare minimum work and expect others to pick up their slack. Management is aware of many problems, but choose to ignore them.
