      Pros

      The boss is pretty nice.

      Cons

      Irregular schedule, driving multiple places multiple times per day, high turnover, degrading job, misled about everything, road trips are sprung on you with no advance notice, it's $10/hr, and its commission OR salary, whichever is higher for the week, and commission is not easy to earn. I did not find out about the commission until I was next to completely broke.

      Pros

      The opportunities here are unlimited. The sky is really the limit for you. I love the fact that I am able to get promoted and incentivized for my performance. The company culture is amazing as well. We have team nights every week that really allows us to get to know every one in our work space. Never have I been with a company that actually cares about my well being

      Cons

      Parking can be a bit iffy if you get to the office right on time so I suggest get there 5 minutes beforehand.
