Pros
Everyone has a teamwork mentality. It's not dog-eat-dog atmosphere like most agencies. This company is growing and growing! They knocked down a wall to make room for more and now we're full and we still have more job reqs than we know what to do with! Our executives don't just sit in their offices and keep to themselves. They get to work and are staffing and conducting business development along side the rest of us and that's really great to see.
Cons
It's so far away from where I live!! But it's well worth the drive. (I'm currently driving 45min one way and I wouldn't leave for a job that was closer to home)

Pros
The office is centrally located in the Dallas metroplex and is pretty easy to get to regardless of where you live. Some of the employees there are awesome, but sadly, many of the great ones have moved on.
Cons
There have been a lot of changes in the last year. The company culture - or even the desire for there to be one - has completely gone out the window. It has turned into an environment where everyone is watching the clock waiting for 5:30 to hit so they can go home. No one seems to be enjoying their work anymore and leading by fear has become the new management style.
