First of all, the top management is completely inhuman. They come and leave whenever they want and they expect you to put in 12-16 hours of work without any kind of encouragement or praise. They only know how to criticise and as analysts, fresh out of college, we were just thrown into deep waters, without any proper training, and a lot of us were struggling to catch up. The management would tell us things like “you’re too slow and useless, tell us why on earth have we even hired you?” - these things were a daily occurrence and honestly I just grew immune to it by the time I left (within 10 months). I saw 24 eager fresh faces on my first day at work, and by the time I left, barely 5 from that batch were remaining. They load you up with copious amounts of work and you’ve to sit there and finish and then wait for bankers to respond to you, without which you cannot leave - even if that means you stay there alone all night. 2am-3am nights were the rule rather than the exception and most of us ended up skipping most meals due to the sheer amount of work. Overall horrible experience- left my first job feeling completely disheartened and low on self esteem, until I got my next job at another place with a very positive work environment. Would not recommend to ANYONE.

If you like to work as slaves, welcome to this company. No flexibility at all. You can't leave for the day until unless your manager or staffer tell you to do so. Everyday is such a task to work here. Daily deadline, uncooperative seniors, lots and lots of work. If you are in CP&R, god bless you. You are in the worst team in the company. You can classify yourself as 'over-utilised and under paid' slaves. Juniors don't have any voice in the company. They just have to work on the mercy of their seniors. And in terms of pay, you get peanuts. They will try to lure you with there so called bi-annually bonus (which is just for namesake). I don't know why this company is still existing. It should be closed for over-exploiting its employees The company would surely have been rated negative if the website provides an option for negative rating
