Fake- Don't waste your time

Pros

If you want a terrible job immediately you can walk in here and get right to work finding other people to scam after making a fool of yourself 6 days out the week at a home depot.

Cons

Sort of like a pyramid scheme.

Dear Reviewer, We are sorry to hear that you did not enjoy your experience with us. While we welcome all feedback, we have to disagree that our company is a waste of time. Our employees are constantly receiving hands-on training in marketing, sales, and management, so they're always learning and retaining new knowledge that they can use to advance within our company or even take with them to another opportunity if our partnership ultimately doesn't work out. Pyramid schemes are illegal in the United States as they are built off of the employees "buying" into a company and then taking money from other personal recruits of theirs. We do not practice any business that is not lawful in the United States and would never take our employee's hard-earned money. All of our employees are W4 and I9 and are guaranteed a paycheck weekly. This is a position at home depot, NOT MARKETING

Cons

The CEO is awful, rude, and a snob. She couldn't even tell me what the daily duties of the marketing manager position would be because she said that was a question for the second interview if I made it.

Our CEO is professional and hard working so we are saddened to see that you thought she was a rude snob. We work with well-known Fortune 500 clients so we are not a “scam” or “fake corporation.” We make it very clear during the phone screening that the first interview is brief and preliminary. We are more than happy to answer any questions during the interview process, but the second interview is where we go over everything in more detail. Our office is cleaned everyday so we are confused about why you thought it was moldy and gross. Pros

Very supportive and engaged management who is very willing to help you out in any situation. Management wants to see their employees succeed and grow and will do anything it takes to get you there. Learn how to talk to people, how to handle rejection, and how to enhance your self accountability skills - which is very helpful in work and in life. Great opportunity for growth into a management position. Team meetings in the morning are always fun and very informative and is a good start to each day. Every day is different which makes work a bit more exciting.

Cons

You have to hold yourself accountable for your own success and be willing to work hard to accomplish your goals. Standards set by the company each week can be challenging to reach, but very possible if you're willing to put in the work. Also, you can't be afraid of driving to new places.
