Cons
1) Salary which is the most crucial aspect for any employee is not given on time, infact the management is not even aware when the salary will be credited into employees account. Warning mails are sent incase you take updates on salary. 2) Salary structure shown on offer letter is absolutely fake. Before joining they tell that you will be given full quarterly bonus and annual bonus, but that rarely happens. Also even if it is given, its not given on time. 3) Appraisals are not done on time. 4) No proper induction process 5) Most of the policies are not clear and not shared with employees If work experience is what matters to you with no importance of salary then you can join this company. Please see to it that before leaving the company you get all your formalities done properly, there is no guarantee if management would even respond to your mails after you leave the organisation.
