      Pros

      Solving real problems with a best-of-class product, team is flat and down to earth, lots of room to learn and grow, everyone moves very fast. Founders to junior employees listen to customers and we are all working towards the same mission which makes it a lot of fun

      Cons

      In person 5 days a week is not for everyone

      Pros

      Everyone here works hard and helps each other out. Very much a startup in the work ethic & fast pace of things, but everyone is kind and motivated and the company cares about its employees

      Cons

      The company is in a growth phase, so things can feel stressful and there's always a lot of work to be done (but on the plus side, it means room for personal growth & achievement). 9:00-6:00
