nice facility..lots of career opportunities due to high turn over.

Cons

very high turn over. seen several good people loose jobs in a few month period.. seems everyone is on egg shells. I heard techs share experience being asked to do the favor of hustling to get a hot job out.. only to have something not go right, in turn being written up. You have to be part of the club to survive this place.. i would not count on long term.

Toxic workplace. No OT offered even though you had to work 14 hour days but were only paid for 38 hour a week.
