      Good working hours is all I can think of.

      Cons

      They stress too much on trivial things such as what an employee is wearing rather than how much an employee can contribute. The office politics are worst here. The people in the higher positions can go untouched even when they touch women inappropriately. The men incharge are misogynist, cheaters, and egoists. Lack basic decency to communicate with a fellow subordinate.

      Pros

      Expert in all type of patient BA-BE studies, Fast individual growth due to encouraging internal promotions.

      Cons

      Management is new, so stability issues are there. Biased, in terms of salary slabs, Promotions, Specially HR is not trust able. Company policies are still not up to the mark, lets say medical insurance was only of 50k to 1lacs depending upon level. Reduced salaries and staffs during (from the first month of lockdown) COVID situation.
