poor pay for Resourcers, especially for their expected output. They are used as a “tool” to make others money with pretty much no reward at all. As a former consultant I understood how much work they produced and couldn’t understand how they kept motivated with no financial reward. A company that doesn’t respect their employees. Been made aware that they tried to force staff in during lockdown even though advised to stay at home by the government which shows very little respect for the well-being of the staff. A very regimented and strict environment which makes it an unpleasant place to work. Would strongly advise to stay clear of Vector Resourcing!

- Dreadful base salaries -Not encouraged to go on meetings or meet own clients - used to send round "BD Manager" to meet all clients -Middle of nowhere - no buzz about the place -deathly silent sales floor -socialising and banter during the day discouraged -Only allowed to eat in kitchen -at Lunchtime every one sits in SILENCE in the kitchen -Resourcers paid pittance and not even a small fee for placement (not even £50!!) while the consultants (who do not resource candidates every) get full commission
