Flexibility to work from home.

Cons

No formal training. Heavy workload and high expectations without appropriate compensation. Unusually low commission structure. Don’t want sales people to make money even though they are generating the revenue for the company. Aren’t provided resources and updates sales materials to sell with. No synergy with internal departments. Every man out for themselves.

A. Well…sales will will throw you under the bus. Sales, instead of reporting the mistake to the ops superiors, try working together and trying to work out a problem or issue. B. There is no work/life balance. You are expected to work 24/7 including time off. Over Zealous sales person will email call an anytime of day…including at 11 pm on a Sunday night when there is nothing you can do. C. Inappropriate behavior from upper management
