Great people, challenging work, exiting opportunities. It's a startup, which means everyone is focused on delivering a world-class solution that will delight customers. We are living in interesting times.

Lots of work... which is better than the alternative.

Pros
Nice people, and a cool office. The software is a good idea, but not perceived as necessary by a lot of prospects.
Cons
Weak leadership. Leadership team is smart, and sometimes think they're smarter than they are which is usually the ultimate death blow in a startup. The strategy/management piece and overall organization is not where it needs to be.
