      Hr policy are good. They pay for sports.

      Cons

      Bad working environment Old technology Please don't join Pranesh team. They force you to join pranesh team. Which is worst team. If not then you will be on bench for long time. They promise you we will use migrate with new technology. But which not gonna happen. If you are not on a desk for 10 min. He will call you for nothing.and irritate you. I repeat please don't join pranesh team and save yourself and your career.

      Work life Balance. Not much pressure salary and leaves on time.

      Cons

      No project party. Not much development work available. No celebration at workplace Technology person work in Embedded staffing at Client location whichever available. Vashi is only place for HR office.
